Electric Rainbow
The Inside Source did a little feature on using neon colors for the home, and featured the screened porch from our KC home! A good little article to read, plus some great tips from my wife Lori.
The duo offers us this advice: “Have a plan. Look at your space in a holistic approach (wall colors, artwork, furniture, accessories). Decide what pieces and parts you want to feature with bright colors and let the rest of the space be the backdrop. If you choose a bright pink coffee table, choose a white or neutral color for the walls. Being selective and meaningful with your accent colors will direct more attention to them and thus create a greater impact.”

Tomorrow I am headed down to Carbondale, IL to take part in SIUC Design Days with the Industrial Design & Communication Design students, as a Panelist and Presenter.
