South Florida
I thought I would finally get around to sharing a few photos from my trip to Miami and the southern Keys. It was one of the better vacations that I can remember, and came at one of the most perfect times.

We stayed at a small bed & breakfast on Big Pine Key (40 miles north of Key West) which served the most unbelievable breakfasts I’ve ever seen. And they were completely Vegan. And the house was located on one of the only small natural beaches in the Keys, directly in the center of the Key Deer territory.

A lot of time was spent in the nearby Bahia Honda State Park, which is small but amazing.

A view from Mallory Square in Key West.

The final stop was a short stay at The Standard Miami (Lido Spa Hotel). The hotel was scattered with all sorts of Danish Mid Century furniture (Hans Wegner chairs pictured) and was like walking into a beach resort scene from the 50’s or 60’s. I don’t need to tell you that this Mid Century enthusiast loved it. And they have an amazing Spa to boot.
