Arenal Volcano Oh yea, and we watched a volcano erupt while we were in Costa Rica. We paid a guy at the hotel to take us where the locals were, so we could see the volcano erupting. Apparently we were told we were very lucky to see this, as it is usually covered by clouds. All the locals had music blaring from their vans, dancing, shouting and drinking! A blast!
