As I mentioned last week, here is a pack of wallpapers with photos taken after our big snowstorm in KC last week. There are 29 total images in the pack, sized for desktop, iPad & iPhone. Desktops are 2560x1600: if you need smaller I’m afraid you’ll just have to downsize folks. iPad wallpapers are 1024x1024 and iPhone at 640x960.
Hope you enjoy, and have a good weekend!
Yesterday I put on my snow gear, rubber boots, grabbed the camera & monopod, and went for a long hike through Shawnee Mission Park. I went completely off the paths (which I’m probably not supposed to do) and it felt really good to be hiking through areas with snow that was untouched except by wildlife. I only saw two other people the entire time, and they were a mile away.
Here are a few photos from yesterday. Next week look for a pack of winter wallpapers.

You can see all of these larger on my flickr page.
Ah… the true sign of winter being near. And seriously you can sell these things for $135? Man, time to tell my parents to dig it out of the attic!

Blue Bird House
I love the snow, but I have never looked forward to the Spring as much as I do right now. Here is an Eastern Blue Bird house on my parent’s farm, taken back in December.
Looking out my front door again, at a blizzard. This was a few days ago, and hopefully some of the last snow, though I doubt it. I’m seriously burnt out on snow already.
Walnut Trees
Again on my parent’s farm in central Illinois. I never get enough of these trees.

Barn Interior
Taken while I was at home on my parent’s farm for Christmas. Walking into this old barn is something I do on every trip home.

Coming Soon: New prints for sale!
I’ve been working on some new prints to sell in my shop, which will be 12” x 18” posters printed on French Paper. Here is a sneak peek at the first one. It isn’t quite finished yet; just a few more details to add. Hopefully the finished print will be up in the shop later next week. There is a second print that will closely follow.

Blizzard
The first snow of the year here in KC, and as usual it didn’t come quietly. Freezing rain, blowing snow, 50 mph winds. At least I got a beautiful photo out of it, looking out the front window of my house.
